Outside these hours, all weekend and for urgent bookings: DKK 600 excl. VAT per commenced 15 minutes.
On-site support
DKK 1,200 excl. VAT for the first hour.
After the first hour: DKK 300 excl. VAT per commenced 15 minutes.
Travel and urgent support
Travel: DKK 250 excl. VAT per commenced hour.
Urgent, out-of-hours and weekend support: DKK 600 excl. VAT per commenced 15 minutes.

Amager: free equipment pickup.
Østerbro and Nordhavn: from DKK 125 excl. VAT.
Nørrebro, Vesterbro, Copenhagen city centre and Frederiksberg: DKK 250 excl. VAT.
Other areas of Copenhagen, Kastrup, Greater Copenhagen and North Zealand: DKK 250 excl. VAT per commenced hour for the round trip.

Yes. Remote support is available worldwide when the computer can start and connect to the internet.
No. Please call or text first. We have several drop-off locations in Denmark and select the technician and location best suited to your particular problem. By phone or text, we therefore agree in advance where and when the equipment should be dropped off, so you do not make an unnecessary journey.
Yes. MacGeni helps private customers, freelancers and companies with one-off jobs, training and prepaid support hours.
